Growize was built by the team behind AgResearch Labs (ARL) after more than a decade of research, field trials, and commercial refinement in aeroponics.
Our long-term vision has been to build India’s clean food grid — making pesticide-free food more affordable and consistently available.
Through deep R&D, ARL developed Airo360, an aeroponic cultivation platform designed to solve the biological and high-yield challenge.
But we realised something fundamental -
Growize was created to bridge that gap — turning advanced cultivation into a repeatable, professionally managed production system built for scale, and more importantly, for owning and operating high-performance farms end-to-end.

The team includes alumni from institutions such as IIM-B and NIT, with experience spanning agriculture, technology, infrastructure, and industrial operations.Beyond leadership,
Growize is supported by a strong on-ground execution team responsible for farm construction, system commissioning, farm operational management, and commercial coordination — ensuring that strategy translates into disciplined execution.
