Our growing system starts with the roots. They hang in air, fed by a fine mist of nutrient water, so every plant gets precise nutrition and the root zone stays at its best. That is where the extra yield comes from. Conventional farming grows about 10 tons an acre. We grow 360, so one acre of our farm does the work of 36.

Weather, season and slips in manual handling can’t pull the yield down. This is de-risked production.
