What a site visit actually involves.
Roughly three hours, at the farm near Bangalore, Tuesday through Sunday. No presentation deck, no pressure to commit — the point is that you leave able to judge the operation for yourself.
Walk the grow beds
Start in the polyhouse. See the misting chambers running, the root systems, the nursery boards and a crop cycle at whatever stage it happens to be in that week.
Read the actual numbers
Yield records, crop-cycle logs, buyer contracts and payout ledgers from operational units. Bring your accountant if you would like — several investors have.
Taste the harvest
Lunch is whatever came out of the beds that morning. It is the most honest quality check available, and it takes about twenty minutes.
Decide in your own time
No paperwork travels to the farm. If you want to proceed afterwards, onboarding happens later, in writing, once you have had time to think.
Visits are booked one to two weeks ahead so an agronomist is free to walk with you. If you are travelling from outside Karnataka, tell us and we will help plan the day around your flights. Virtual tours are available if you would rather see the farm before booking a trip.
