An aisle of flat-bed grow channels at a Growize farm

How Growize Works

From first call to farm ownership.

No paperwork mazes, no hidden stages. Three conversations stand between you and a working aeroponic farm with your name on it — and you can stop at any of them.

Own your Growize Farm in 3 steps.

Each step is a conversation, not a commitment. Nothing is signed until you have seen the farm with your own eyes and had every question answered.

  1. Step 01

    Talk to Us

Learn the model, the structure, the ticket size and the options — on a call, in plain language.

    30–45 minutes

    • How a unit is structured and what you actually own
    • Indicative economics, payout cadence and the tax position
    • Which crops the farm is running and who buys them
    • What happens at month 60, before you commit to month one

  2. Step 02

    Come Visit Us

Take a virtual or a live farm tour and watch high-yield aeroponics running on an ordinary working day.

    ≈3 hours on site

    • Walk the grow beds and the misting chambers
    • Meet the agronomists who run the crop cycles
    • Read real yield records and payout ledgers
    • Eat what came out of the beds that morning

  3. Step 03

    Onboarding

Complete your paperwork, claim your unit, and get your dashboard credentials the same week.

    3–5 working days

    • Agreement review — bring your own advisor
    • Unit allocated and recorded in your name
    • Dashboard access with your farm and crop cycle
    • First payout scheduled once the unit is operational

That’s it. You own the farm.

Tax-free cash flow lands in your bank account on schedule. Watch the farm grow and the returns compound in the app.

What You Get

And then, for the next sixty months.

Onboarding is the short part. This is what the rest of the contract actually looks like — the bit most farm-ownership pitches leave vague.

Month 0

The unit is recorded in your name

Agreement signed, unit allocated, dashboard credentials issued. You can see your farm before it has grown anything for you.

Month 1

Your beds are planted

Crop selection is driven by buyer demand, not convenience. Seedlings go onto propagation boards and into your unit.

Month 2–3

The first crop cycle completes

Leafy crops reach harvest in two to three weeks; the unit reaches steady state after the first full cycle sells through.

Ongoing

Tax-free payouts, on schedule

Agricultural income is exempt under Section 10(1), so payouts land in full — with reference numbers in your ledger.

Month 60

Renew, or exit

At maturity you can roll into the next cycle or exit, with buy-back options on the farm infrastructure per your agreement.

Start with step one.

A call costs you thirty minutes and commits you to nothing. Most investors book a site visit straight after it anyway.
