Asked, answered.
Everything investors usually ask before their first site visit — minimum ticket, tax treatment, tenure, risks and exit routes. Something else on your mind? Write to us; a human replies within a day.
Before your first visit.
Ordered roughly the way they come up on a first call. If your question is not here, ask it on the call — nothing on this list is off limits, including the parts that are inconvenient for us.
What is the minimum investment?
One Growize EKA unit, priced at ₹25 lakh. Each unit is a real, asset-backed slice of a working aeroponic farm near Bangalore — not a fund unit or a paper pledge.
Are the returns really tax-free?
Yes. Income from agricultural operations in India is exempt under Section 10(1) of the Income Tax Act. Your payouts land in full — no TDS, no surprises. (As always, consult your tax advisor for your specific situation.)
What crops does EKA grow?
High-demand Indian crops and climate-matched varieties — leafy greens, herbs, tomatoes and other high-value vegetables. Crop cycles are planned around market demand so harvests sell fast and fresh.
Can I visit my farm?
Absolutely — we insist on it. Investors get scheduled site visits, harvest days and farm-to-table tastings at the farm near Bangalore. Most visitors leave with soil-free hands and a full camera roll.
How and when do payouts arrive?
Directly to your bank account as per your payout schedule, with full reference details in your app ledger. Payouts begin once the farm is operational and continue across your tenure.
What happens at the end of the 60-month tenure?
Your contract runs 60 months. At maturity you can renew into the next cycle, or exit — with buy-back options on the farm infrastructure as per your agreement.
What are the risks?
Agriculture has real cycles — yields and prices move seasonally. We mitigate with controlled-environment aeroponics (weather-proof by design), diversified crop planning, insured infrastructure and an experienced agronomy team. Your dashboard shows everything, always.
Is my capital locked in?
Units are tenure-based by design — that’s what keeps returns stable. After the initial lock-in defined in your agreement, exit routes include transfer or buy-back options. We’ll walk you through the exact terms before you sign anything.
What is aeroponic farming?
Aeroponics suspends plant roots in air and feeds them a fine, nutrient-rich mist instead of growing them in soil. It uses up to 95% less water than conventional farming, removes most of the need for pesticides, and allows around twelve harvest cycles a year in a controlled environment.
Where are the Growize farms located?
Growize EKA farms are located near Bangalore, Karnataka. Site visits run Tuesday to Sunday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and our team will help you plan the trip.
